Nawaz Sharif to be tried separately in the NAB Court

ISLAMABAD - Former premiere Nawaz Sharif to be tried separately in case of non appearance of his children in the NAB Court, Judge Muhammad Bashir has observed.

The directives were passed by Judge Muhammad Bashir who quoted a clause of NAB ordinance for separating the case of Nawaz Sharif from his children Hassan, Hussain, Maryam and son-in-law Captain Safdar, subject to the condition that the latter refuse to show up for the next hearing.

The accountability court judge also issued bailable arrest warrants for Maryam Nawaz while non-bailable arrest warrants against Hassan, Hussain and Captain Safdar were also issued.

Earlier, in the day Nawaz Sharif showed up in the accountability court where he was scheduled to be indicted.
