Pakistan Navy to hit back with full might if India imposed War: Naval Chief

ISLAMABAD, Oct 1 (APP): Chief of the Naval Staff AdmiralMuhammad Zakaullah Saturday said that Pakistan's commitment for peace must not be construed as weakness.
The Pakistan Navy was fully capable to hit back with all its might if the war was imposed, he said while interacting with the PN personnel during his visit to forward posts of Pakistan Navy at Creeks area to review the combat readiness of Pakistan Navy.
The Admiral was accompanied by Commander Coast Rear Admiral
Waseem Akram, said a press release issued here.
The Naval Chief visited various Naval posts in Creeks
areas and observed the operational readiness of the troops deployed
on forward bases.
The Naval Chief lauded PN personnel's level of motivation and
determination to safeguard the maritime frontiers of the country.
He also exhorted them to come up to the expectations and
confidence which their countrymen have put into them.
Earlier during the day, the Admiral also visited Fleet
Headquarters Karachi where he was briefed by Commander Pakistan
Fleet about the operational matters and highest state of vigil being
maintained at sea frontiers.
