India has made Kashmir a jail on Eid ul Azha: Syed Ali Gillani

SRINAGAR: On September 23, Regional Police Chief of the Indian Occupied Kashmir issued a notification of the suspension of the internet services in the valley on occasion of the Eid ul Azha. The act was aimed at stopping the social networking of the political youth of Kashmir and to stop airing the videos and pictures of the Pakistani flag hoisting that has become a daily routine event by the kashmiri youth struggling for the right of their self determination. Kashmiris have been fighting since 1989 for their right of self determination against half a million Indian Army. Since then Indian Army has not left any stone unturned in their brutalities and atrocities committed to the youth. Hurriyat Leaders including Syed Ali Gillani, Mirwaiz, Shabbir Malik and Aasia Indrabi were put under house arrest to stop the activities and rallies on Eid day.
