Dhaka Hostages Case: All Pakistanis safe in Dhaka: FO

ISLAMABAD: The Foreign Office has said that all Pakistanis diplomats and their families in Dhaka are safe.
"We are in contact with Pakistani diplomatic staff and they are all safe," Foreign Office Spokesperson Nafees Zakaria said quoted by television channels on Friday.
Zakaria added that Pakistani diplomatic staff has restricted their movement following the attack. "We have confirmed that there is no Pakistan national among the hostages," Zakaria added.
A group of as many as nine gunmen attacked a restaurant popular with foreigners in a diplomatic zone of the Bangladeshi capital on Friday night, taking hostages and exchanging gunfire with security forces in which at least one officer was killed, media reports said.
