KP government takes important decisions over erstwhile FATA development

ISLAMABAD - Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government was committed to making all health centers functional without further delay in erstwhile merged districts of FATA, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Senior official of Ministry of Health Khyber Pakhtunkhwa told APP that KP Health Minister Hisham Inamullah during his recent visit pledged to provide the hospitals with state-of-the-art equipment. He said federal government has also decided to extend Sehat of Insaf programme to FATA. He said that reconstruction and development of merged districts of FATA is the top priority of the government. He said that government also announced the appointment of lady doctors and a gynecologist and the creation of new vacancies for female staff in the female ward of the hospital. Beside setting up of a trauma center, CT scan, dialysis and thalassemia centers at the main hospitals. He said that government was taking steps to undertake development work in the erstwhile merged Districts of Federally Administered Tribal Areas (Fata) as per vision of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
