Funeral prayer of Mir Hazar Khan Bajrani to be offered today in Arampur

JACOBABAD: The funeral prayers of Sindh Planning and Development Minister Mir Hazar Khan Bajrani, who were found dead mysteriously in their house in Karachi’s Defense area, will be offered today (Friday) at his native village in Karampur near Jacobabad.
The funeral prayer of his wife Fareeha will be offered today at Defense Phase VII after Friday prayer.
The body of Mir Hazar Khan Bajrani was shifted to his native village in Karampur near Jacobabad.
People from all walks of life will attend their funeral prayer, while it will be public holiday in Jacobabad today.
On the other hand, according to post mortem report, the Sindh minister received a bullet from short distance in his head that passed through his body.
The report further stated that the wife of the provincial minister received two bullets in her abdomen and one bullet in her head.
The bullets were fired from the short distance, the report added
On Thursday, Sindh Planning and Development Minister Mir Hazar Khan Bajrani and his wife were found dead mysteriously in their house in Defense area.
Unknown culprits fired shots in the heads of the couple. Investigators say that according to the preliminary investigation, the incident seems to be suicide.
The police said that the employees informed the police when firing was heard from his bungalow. They have taken the shells and a pistol into custody from the room where the bodies were found. The room has been sealed.
The police have recorded the statements of four employees. The Crime Scene Unit officials have collected the evidence.
CTD In-charge Umar Khatab said that four shots were fired and a fire hit Mir Hazar Bijarani.
