In Syria, at least thirty people have been killed in air strikes and clashes between government forces and rebels around the capital and in north of the country.

A war monitor said at least twenty civilians were killed in government air strikes on the rebel-held territory in Aleppo and Idlib provinces.

Three children were killed in artillery strikes on the rebel-held Eastern Ghouta, while seven people were killed in retaliatory shelling on the nearby government controlled area.APP
