Sindh government will send Rangers power extension summary to Federal government today
KARACHI: Interior Minister Ch. Nisar called to Sindh CM Syed Qaim Ali Shah and discussed the issue of extension in Rangers powers. Both dignitaries agreed to issue notification of extension in Rangers powers with consensus.
As per details, Sindh Cabinet approved the unconditional extension in Rangers power for three months. Sindh CM chaired cabinet meeting here on Monday. Provincial Ministers, Sindh IG Ghulam Haider and Sindh government advisor were present in the meeting.
The meeting also reviewed the law and order situation of the province and expressed its satisfaction over the security situation of the province. Qaim Ali Shah said that implementation will be intensified on NAP and ordered to make better security arrangements for educational institutions.
Later, Interior Minister Ch. Nisar called Sindh CM and said that we should deliver a positive message regarding the extension of Rangers powers. CM Sindh assured Interior Minister to send requisition within 24 hours to federal government. Ranger’s power extension summary will be sent to federal government today.
