CPEC will continue to be taken as priority by new govt: Tehmina

ISLAMABAD: Foreign Secretary Tehmina Janjua says China-Pakistan Economic Corridor will continue to be taken as a priority by the new government.
She was talking to a delegation of Chinese media representatives, who visited the ministry of foreign affairs in Islamabad.
The Foreign Secretary said whoever is in power in Pakistan, has a clear commitment to continuation of the CPEC as an important project, as it will bring mutual benefit and prosperity for the people of Pakistan.
She said we see the CPEC not only as an initiative between two countries but an initiative to help the entire region in its development.
