Why PM Imran Khan has come to Lahore?

LAHORE - Prime Minister Imran Khan reached Lahore on Friday night to oversee and guide the working of the Punjab Government and the newly formed cabinet.
This was the first official visit of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief to the provincial capital after assuming the charge of Prime Minister office.
The premier will stay at his residence in Zaman Park and will hold meetings with Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar and other party leaders.
He will discuss the name of candidates for the by-poll due to be held on two seats of National and Provincial assemblies. Imran Khan will also address the Punjab cabinet today (Saturday).
On the other hand, Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) candidate for president Arif Alvi is also arriving in Lahore for election campaign.
