US rules out any waiver for India from sanctions

The United States cannot guarantee that India will be exempt from sanctions if it purchases weapons and defence systems from Russia. Meanwhile, India is in the final stages of acquiring six billion dollar S-400 long-range surface to air missile systems from Russia.
