LAHORE – All private and educational institutes in Punjab’s capital Lahore and across province will remain close on Friday, November 2, private schools have announced.
On the other hand, mobile phone service is partially suspended at scattered places in Lahore amid protest rallies. The paper of FSc has also been cancelled. The new date for exam will be announced later.
Educational institutes will also remain closed in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
As per details garnered, Punjab Education Department has announced holiday in the wake of widespread protests by religious outfits. Likewise, all major trading markets of the city including Wall City, North Lahore, Circular Road and other big plazas will remain close till security situation improves significantly.
