Saudi Arabia Drone shot down

Tehran, May 31, IRNA – Yemen Ansarullah shot down an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) belonging to Arab coalition in Asir province in Saudi Arabia on Thursday.

An informed source in Yemen Defense Ministry announced that the drone was intercepted by Ansarullah and fell down.

Asir province is located 738 kilometers southeast of Saudi Arabia on the joint border with Yemen.

Saudi Arabia attack on Yemen did not destroy the fledgling popular revolution; rather Yemeni fighters have gained access to the complicated technology for production of ballistic missiles and drones.

Military experts believe that almost all Saudi Arabian cities and installations are within range of the Ansarullah missiles.

In March 2015 a Saudi-led coalition began attacking the Arab impoverished country to restore to power Yemen’s resigned president, Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi.
