AJK PM terms unprovoked Indian firing on LOC a naked aggression

MIRPUR (AJK): AJK Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider Khan termed as "naked aggression" the "unprovoked firing" by Indian army from across the Line of Control (LoC) targeting civilian populous forward areas of district headquarters of Neelum Valley that resulted in killing of a woman and injuring of 9 other persons including a six year old female student.

In a statement,the AJK Prime Minister said that Indian army targeted the civilians including the hospitals and schools in Aathmuqam. We have a Information that Indian forces used heavy weapons and civilian population was under swear threats, he warned.

"In fact, India is trying to divert the attention of the international community from the grave human rights violations and atrocities being committed by the Indian security forces in occupied Kashmir," he said.
He said that people of Azad Kashmir and Pakistan will never abandon their Kashmiri brethren and will continue to support them in their just and legitimate freedom struggle for their right to self-determination in accordance with the UNSC Resolutions. He said that district administration of Aathmuqam has been directed to be vigilant and provide better medical facilities and security to the injured persons.
