Pakistan economic long march roadmap for being in world top 25 economies

ISLAMABAD: (APP) Minister for planning and development Ahsan Iqbal has prepared an economic road map of the country which aims to bring Pakistan in top 25 economies of the world.
Planning Minister Ahsan Iqbal says economy of the country is witnessing robust growth as a result of prudent policies of the government.
Addressing a news briefing in Islamabad on Monday, he said economic long march roadmap will be launched on 11th of this month.
Ahsan Iqbal said renowned institutions of the world are now acknowledging Pakistan as emerging market.
He said under the vision of 2025, the government has envisaged a roadmap to take Pakistan among the top 25 economic powers of the world.
The Planning Minister elaborating economic successes during the last three years said tax revenue has doubled while foreign remittance have increased from eleven billion dollars to twenty billion dollars.
