Cop gunned down by unknown assailants

QUETTA (APP): A Levies Force man was gunned down by unknown persons in Kechi Baig area of the provincial capital late Sunday night.
According to police sources, the assailants riding a motorcycle opened indiscriminate fire at the Levies Force man in Kechi Baig area, leaving him critically injured. They managed to escape from the scene.
The injured succumbed to his injuries on his way to hospital.
The law enforcement agencies cordoned the entire area to trace the suspects.
